Screening for Plagiarism Policy

Communicationis Mediorum et Turismi (CMT) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity. To ensure the originality of all submitted manuscripts, every submission undergoes a thorough plagiarism screening using reputable plagiarism detection software before the peer review process.

If significant plagiarism or self-plagiarism is detected, the manuscript will be rejected outright or returned to the author for revision. In cases of suspected unethical behavior, the editorial team may follow COPE guidelines to address the issue, which may include notifying the author’s institution.

Authors are responsible for submitting original work and properly citing all sources. Any form of plagiarism, including copying text, ideas, or data without proper attribution, is strictly prohibited and will result in rejection or retraction.
